After a long travel time was really hungry. This was one of the few places that was open late so we stopped in. Was a little... leary after our other Applebee's experiences. We were sat immediately and it took a little bit for our server to get to us, butshe was busy taking care of her other tables and helping the other servers. We chose to do the 2 for $ and got the artichokedip. The down side was the appetizer arrived about 5 minutes ahead of our main course. Food was good. But the bill had 2 wrong charges. 1st- ordered sirloin steak w/lemon butter parmesan shrimp, potatoes and... broccoli for 19.99. they tried to charge an extra 3.49 for the shrimp topping that was part of the meal per menu. 2nd orderedboneless wings off the 3-7pm offer posted for 8.99 all over the restaurant @3:20. Charged 11.99. refused to correct price saidthey can't override the computer. Asked for manager, was told it would be awhile since he was in the kitchen cooking. I wouldhave waited, but I was in the middle of a 15 hour drive and needed to get going. I will be contacting Applebee's. Read more
Good was good but bar service left a lot t to be desired. Not friendly at all, didn't want to wait on a white guy!
Had the half rack of ribs w/fries and cole slaw. Ribs were falling off bone tender. Honey barbeque sauce just excelerated the... flavor! Read more
This store is one of the cleanest restaurants I've eaten at. Everything is neat and orderly. Service there was impeccable and... the staff was very attentive. Drinks and food were served prompt and to my satisfaction. I tend to critique service everywhere Igo; I have been more than satisfied with my experience at this store. I did notice that the hostesses were not on their toeswhen seating guests, but there lack of awareness was compensated by the three senior staff and other personnel. I wouldrecommend anyone to enjoy the simple atmosphere. It has a bar, and even though kids in this environment is not ideal, the earlyhours would not be a negative impact on the young ones. Try the appetizers and enjoy yourself once you leave at some of thelocal tourist attractions such as Bonita Lakes. Read more
I?m a US Army veteran, and I visited during peak lunchtime hour on Veterans Day. The place was packed, but amazingly the staff... had everything well under control. Having ordered the 8 oz. steak, steamed broccoli, and mashed potatoes; my glass was keptfull, and I was in and out in just 30 minutes. Food was delicious.
