This location is the newest one that we have in the city. It was built a few months ago and the staff members and management... staff is what makes a great place to come. I was in management for over 25 years, and I made sure that everyone was friendly,had smiles on their faces, and that they're needful within the community. I let them know that building a house takes a team ofleaders. And each day I took the time out not to just train but teach them how to become owner of their own business. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, new place. Music was a little loud. I had more mayonnaise on my jr whopper than meat

It's not the food that I disliked, I mean who doesn't like whoppers? But when you go into a fastfood burger joint and it's $14... and some change for 1 person . That's to expensive to me. Read more

My honest experience. I was completely ignored at the drive-through, sat there for at least 20 minutes and still no... acknowledgment that I was there for an order ! No?.I?ll be with you in a second?.no nothing ! I decided to drive up to thewindow and they acted as though they were frustrated, that I was frustrated ! I asked for the manager to express my concerns,the manager was one of the ones that showed frustration that I had drove up with no order ! The cashiers were rude and showed noconcern or regard as well for a paying customer. I asked to speak with the general manager, the G M never came out after waitingfor about 12 minutes, so I decided to leave. Thought I would call to speak with the general manager but that didn?t happeneither because no one ever answered the phone. So yes, 1 star for being completely ignored with no concern, or regard for theircustomer ! I would do 0 stars but I had to choose at least 1 star to be able to post ! I agree with some of the other reviewersthis is ridiculous !!! This Burger King could be so much better, but sad to say it needs an overhaul of people who actuallycare for their customers ! I do not recommend this BK unless they are going to do better with their customer service! Corporate, I pray you are hearing/listening to the people ! That?s all ! Read more

This location sucks they are so slow last time took us nearly 30 min to get our door for dine in. Yet they get the people in the... drive thru somewhat quickly. They even gave the food to the person that ordered after we did. My daughter came up several timesto check on the order and they just gave her rude looks. When this place just opened like 5 or 6 mo. Ago the manager seemed tocare now she is just as rude as the rest of her staff. Read more

This would have and should have been a great restaurant; better than all the rest of the Burger Kings with a clean, fresh, new... slate. Unfortunately the general manager has no idea what she's doing and has the worst attitude of any human being. Someworkers work circles around the others, while some stand around doing not much of anything. Get orders wrong quite a bit but thefood is mostly good. Read more
