The food was terrible. Once we got the food we had to ask twice for silverware and napkins. Never got a refill of tea. I... requested sugar free tea and told her I was a diabetic but the tea was sweet tea. I told her I needed unsweetened tea and stillnever got anything else to drink. The steak was so salty. My husband's chilli was terrible. The chilli was like they just addedsalt all over the top. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO CHILLI'S. It was a horrible waste of money Almost $60.00 and no bread, no tea, nodiet coke . They said they didn't have Diet coke so thats why I got unsweetened tea or requested it but never got it. Things areso expensive now especially to waste money on such a sorry meal. My 10 year old niece could have cooked a better meal and thisis the pure truth. We had ate there once before with friends and I thought just maybe it was just one bad meal but no it wasn'tjust a one time thing. Don't waste your time on the steaks. You will be disappointed. Hostess was very nice and waiter was friendly however we waited more than 45 minutes for our food.. I believe the ones in the... back must be disorganized. Other patrons that came after us were being served long before they finally brought our food. Bythat time I offered to pay for our sodas and appetizer because we were leaving. Very sad! Not what it use to be. For starters more than half the tables sat full of dirty dishes and leftover food for over the... hour we waited for our food. Fajitas have always been a sure thing. I couldn't get past the smell of the skillet that appearsto have burnt on food from previous use and not cleaned properly. Vegetables were over cooked. Cajun chicken pasta wasbasically milk chicken and pasta with a sprinkle of Cajun on top. The top bun of the burger was black underneath. SERVICE- The waitress was nice but never checked on us. We didn't have drinks for half our visit. Food- Chips we got were soggy... and really greasy. Some were able to be bent in complete u before breaking. Guacamole wasn't fresh. Baked potato soup wasn't badbut was watery. Cleanliness- Not impressed. The glasses were greasy and there were. Our waitress was friendly and attentive on giving us refills on our drinks. The salmon was cooked well and tasted good but the... rice on the side was dry,cold and hard; however, when we told the waitress about it, she immediately asked if we wantedsomething else for replacement. We picked fully loaded baked potato and we didn?t have regrets because it was excellent. My sonpicked mini molten lava for dessert and it was big enough that he was able to share it with us. Walked in, smelled THE most pungent, stale and unsanitary smell I've ever smelled at a restaurant and promptly walked out. I... could not stomach the order that permeated the entire establishment. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
