Our server was nice and accommodating, but service was slow. We called ahead because we had a large party. When we got there the... table set up had been given away. Our server was exceptional!! We had a party of 10 and she was very patient with us. She?s expecting and we didn?t want her doing... too much but we also understood she had a job to do. I ordered the chopped steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Enjoyed mymeal n will definitely be back. Read more
One of us got a garden salad and the other floor a ceasar salad. The garden salad came 30 minutes before the other salad. Waited... an hour for our meal. Waitress more interested in visiting some of her friends at another table. Very few customers in therestaurant so it was not like they were busy. When we finally got our food my medium steak was well done and so dry. The otherone was supposed to be med well and was actually med rare. We got tea but it was really water. Won?t be back. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would.Service was trash had to wait 20 minutes for utensils after receiving my food only for... my order to be messed up . I asked for a medium well steak only for it to be raw . They brought out another steak which was welldone and I didn?t ask for well done I couldn?t even chew it . Read more
First time back since Covid pandemic. The restaurant has gone ?downhill? badly since then. Food and service sub par. Some menu... items unavailable. Hostess got visibly upset with me asking not to be seated next to restrooms! Staff totally not concerned withcustomer?s dining pleasure. Definitely would like to have my $42 back. Will NOT return. Delicious food, good service and a great value. My husband had a grilled chicken salad and I had the cheeseburger. The food was... quite tasty and filling. The service was good, but the restaurant appears to be under-staffed (which seems to be common inMississippi). In spite of a little longer wait than anticipated, the food came out hot, fresh and delicious. We never ran out ofdrinks and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. I recommend this restaurant. Awful!!! Upon arriving, the exterior looked trashy. We were told a 45 minute wait. We decided to wait. It took quite a while to... get a seat. The hostesses looked like they dreaded being there. We finally were seated. The iced tea tasted like syrup. Afterordering we waited almost an hour to get our food. The server told us they were out of ribs. So, my wife ordered Salmon instead.The food finally came out after being told "I'm sorry" several times. The Salmon and rice loked and tasted awful. My Cobb saladlooked like it had been thrown together in a hurry and the balsamic dressing tasted disgusting. The whole time we sat there Iheard other servers telling the customers "I'm sorry". Corporate office needs to clean house or just shut the place down. Howdoes anyone make money at this place? My bill was $50.10. The Bartender saved the day. I stopped into this Logan's Roadhouse after a long drive from Mobile Alabama. I was hungry after I... checked into my hotel and was looking for a place to eat right away. I found Logan's on Google maps and went over to eat. When Igot there the restaurant was half-empty as it was just before the dinner rush. The Host told me they had no restaurant seating.There were many table open, but I guess this is a popular place on Saturdays. I was told I could sit in the bar area, so off Iwent. A few minutes later a server came by and dropped off the menus. As I was going through the menu that same server came byand told me I couldn't sit there and had to sit at the bar. I was seated in a deuce by the wall, with no other customers in thebar area. I was a little put-off and asked why, and the server just told me to go back to the Host stand. The Host told me theyonly had Bar seating. I told him I was in the bar. I was starting to get annoyed and googling other restaurants nearby. I wasthere to eat, and the restaurant was nowhere near full. Finally, I was allowed to sit at the bar, and the Bartender, sensingsomething was up went into super great service mode. She walked me through the menu, and when I told her about my seatingexperience, she laughed and said she would take care of me. Have eaten at other Logan's Steakhouse locations around the US andlike the food, that's the reason I was there, I just originally wanted to sit in the restaurant. The food itself was great, andI enjoyed the food. There are some issues with the team at this location, these issues can be remedied with strong managementand training. I've seen worse and the service team is very young so there is room for improvement. This is clearly a trainingissue. Good Luck !!
