Ordered takeout, a sandwich and chili. Not the chili I remember. Very Thin, bland, not good. Had to spoon out a "lot" of... grease. Like cheap canned stuff for a hotdog. Chicken for sandwich plopped in a central pile, not evened out on bread. Wifehad greasy cheese sandwich and potato soup. She tossed both after one bite. Poor quality. Read more
The food was excellent but the counter help was otherwise occupied. We waited over 5 minutes for them to come to wait on us.... They were in a group talking. Finely the girl in wheel chair doing the takeout section waited on us. Read more
We?ve been to many McAlister?s and this one was disappointing. I got a refund for my meal since it was delivered to the table... with a roach on the plate. I refused a new meal - lost my appetite. Other 2 salads family ordered tasted gritty like the lettucewasn?t washed well. Half Chicken sandwich had little meat. Read more
Sad little slice of rotten avocado, $1.50. Surprises are always fun when you do a pick-up order, take it home, open the... container and find inedible edibles that you paid extra for. Read more
I placed my order for choose 2- ultimate nachos (no olives) and chef salad (no croutons)...and cheesecake on the mobile app... after working a long day. My order was ready when I got there. A young lady asked if i was there to pick an order and asked myname. A second young lady practically tossed my bag of food at me then turned her back to me. The first young lady did tell meto enjoy the rest of my day. When I got home to enjoy my meal I realized there was no ham or turkey on my salad. There was alsono ranch dressing (but I had some in my fridge). Also, my ultimate nachos did not have avocado...which I was looking forward toand was the reason I didn't add avocado to my salad. I called the restaurant to see about possibly getting my correct order.Someone answered the phone only saying "ho..." then placed me on an indefinite hold. After a while, I just hung up. I always order the nochos and love them but the past few times the cheese hasn?t been great. It?s been overdone and there have... been pieces of burnt cheese from where they scrape the sides. Very disappointing to have to pay $8 for gross cheese. Read more
My husband and I ordered to go from here. Service was not bad but minimal since we ordered to go. Food tasted pretty good. I got... the wrap and it was good, maybe a little too much mayo. My husband got the king club. One half of the club had a toothpickholding it together, as expected for a club, the other side had the toothpick in the sandwich as if it was another layer. Oncehe fished that out of the sand which he realized wax paper was also layered in the sandwich. If we ordered dine in we definitelywould have requested a new sandwich or for money back as that is totally unacceptable and gross. However since we ordered to gowe did not notice this until we got home. Very unfortunate. Read more
