It could have been better, but I might have came on a day where they might be having some issues.
My order was about $12 and I pulled up to get my food. The girl handed me someone else's order. I told her it was the wrong... order. She didn't believe me and asked to see my receipt. What? I was the last one right back there at the pay wondow. Theyshould remember me. remember me. It was just a second ago! She had to get the manager and they couldn't figure it out. I toldthem I was in a hurry that's why I came through McDonald's drive thru.. I left with no order and had to go over to Burger King.Mc Donald's refunded the money to my bank about 3 days later. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes because the line was very long, & moving slow. When I finally got my food. One order... of small fries was missing. So I parked my truck to go inside. Their was already customers waiting. I stood behind a customerwaiting to order. The employees saw her standing there. She eventually walked out. I stepped up to the counter to order. Thelady that gave me my food in the drive thru saw me standing there. It wasn't until I said out loud. "Yall don't see me standinghere" . That's when an employee asked what did I need. I said I came through the drive thru. I am missing an order of smallfries. He quickly gave me the fries. I thanked him and left. I will never in this life time visit north hills Mc Donald's againin the afternoon. I personally think they need to fire the entire staff and start over. I have never had service that poor inmy 50 years of living. Read more
The drive through service was exceptionally fast and had great friendly service. The order placed was correct and right on time... for the valued McDonald's ALWAYS loved taste and experience. Thanks McDonald's & to all of your staff, keep up the gr8 work. Read more
As usual they were super busy and backed and slow. And as usual they got our order wrong. Been here over a year and have been to... this McDonald's several times, they've never been quick or accurate. I could take the slowness if it meant getting what Iordered. Read more
The food is usually pretty good at this location. When they occasionally mess up your order, they're quick to correct it and get... it back out to you fast! I've been coming to this location since I was a teen after class to do homework with friends andthey've always had great management and great workers. The remodel made it look so fancy and mature and grownup, so I bet it's acool place for kids to go after school in the 2020s. Love it! Read more

Customer service is the most important thing for a restaurant. I'm just going to say this , it's a must to be caring , and... empathize as you can though. Just foid for thought. Read more
