Saturday August 13, 2022. This location Popeyes is terrible. Customer service gets a 0. Both cashiers were very rude. Mumbling... like toddlers. Racist against white people. This was very obvious. The food was cold and not fresh at all. They were not busy atall.. Just a few cars coming thru drive thru. Now I know why they wasn't busy at all. Employees don?t care if you come back or not, always out of different things , close inside area 2 hrs prior to store closing,... if they don?t want to cook it or make it they will say they?re out! Yes they have been out of chicken before! If you get to DTwindow and decide you need to add a drink you?re screwed you will have to get back in line! Horrible customer service ! Read more

Poor customer service. When I received my food in the drive through I didn't see 2 sides I orders. The lady opened the window... and said 'what do you need' I responded I don't see my mashed potatoes. Her response 'it's in there'. So I drive around andpark, my wife goes inside as we didn't get all of our food and the same lady still had an attitude. How rude, 4 people thenfingered their way through our food as if not to believe us that our extra sides of mashed potatoes were hiding. Good thinginwas just passing through, but they probably ruined it for every Popeyes location for me. I will NEVER eat at theirrestaurants again. Read more
I wish I could leave 0 stars. Rude, and constantly messes up orders. Won't ever be back. Said an area manager would call me... back and never did. Paid $44.10 didn't get a classic sandwich, I got spicy and my husband couldn't even eat it. I got a 12 pcmixed , it had 7 wings in the box.
