Feel like it?s going downhill. Fries are always so soggy and not cooked enough. Sometimes the chicken is WAY too battered and... cooked for too long, not juicy chicken you usually get. Just needs some work with fries and chicken, workers paying attention tocook times. Read more
I love Cane's chicken fingers; however, service was off today. I did the drive through and they ran out of cooked chicken... fingers, so it took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. Then, they were unable to print a receipt. ??????????? I supposeeveryone has an off day. Read more

Walking in or at the drive through. Always outstanding service. The chicken tenders are the best. Every single time. Always... fresh, hot, and served with the fantastic Canes sauce. Today was my first time trying this restaurant and I think the food is better than Zaxby's. The reason for only three stars is... because the dining-room remained filthy the whole time I was there and they lost my order and I had to show my receipt in orderto get my food 25 minutes after I paid.
