I would give a zero if that was an option. What can you expect from Meridian though I don?t know why I expected anything... different. I?m pretty sure it will be closed soon. Wouldn?t hurt my feelings this is honestly the worse one I have ever visited.Not a single sandwich only a few bakery items available and the attitudes were atrocious. Read more

They are trying. Not all the staff is friendly. Some are. Drinks are usually wrong. Just assume you are rolling the dice.... Essentially you are. Slow to make things. Would be nice if they got 2 out of 6 drinks right. Not happened so far. One of the top10 worst Starbucks I've been to all over the USA. You won't get better unless you practice though. Corporate really needs tostep in here and soon. They need training and help and friendly staff. Few of them are super sweet and can do some drinks. Mostcan not. It is what it is. Don't bank on a happy drink for a bad day here. If it's an ehh whatever day then absolutely theStarbucks for you. Again. 5th time. Still the guy who hands out the drinks is the most friendly. He deserves a raise and apromotion. Fire unfriendly folk. It's a service industry. Read more

My dislike for this Starbucks grows a little more everytime I order here. I get that it?s a licensed store so it?s not ran by... starbucks, but one would think they would still have to uphold the Starbucks standards. The beverage are never made correctly,and when you try to explain that you want it remade they give you such an attitude. Not only do they not make the drinkscorrectly, they also stand around on their phones while you wait 30+ minutes for a mobile order. The staff is definitely hit ormiss as to how they are going to work and treat you. Which I guess you can expect when the manager on duty doesn?t even call outnames for items, just placed them on the counter, nor checks on customers standing in the lobby for 30 minutes. I?m so ready forthe corporate store to open and actually get the Starbucks quality again. Read more

It's really beautiful inside and the staff is incredibly friendly! This is Meridian's FIRST real Starbucks and I'm happy there... is finally one here. I frequent Starbucks a lot in Dallas so it's great--- I wish the location had its own indoor seating(You're able to sit inside the hotels 601 Restaurant but it's usually being cleaned) and they have added a few stools forwaiting for your order which is nice, but I usually go to Starbucks to read or study so that would be a nice addition one day?? every time i come to meridian this Starbucks is so disgusting. I try to give them chance after chance but every time it?s not... done right. How is a frappe watery ?? It?s ridiculous and the food is always burnt. I love Starbucks and this a small town it?snot that many options. They all need to be retrained, I live in Georgia and I?ve never had this issue at any location. They needto get it together. Read more

As a consistent customer of Starbucks locations all around the world, this is by far the slowest and most inaccurate store with... employees that seem extremely lazy and simply just don?t care. I placed an order online for 1 chicken and bacon sandwich, 1order of egg white egg bites, 1 30 oz iced peach green tea and 1 30 oz iced Paradise drink. My app let me know when the orderwas ready and my boyfriend and I walked in right away for pickup. We walked straight to the mobile pickup counter and Iimmediately noticed that out of the FOUR items I ordered, only one drink was correct!!!! The peach green tea was the only itemready and accurate. The 30 oz Paradise was in a ?tall? size cup which is only 12 oz. Not what I paid for. The egg white eggbites were ready?but when I got to the car, I noticed they were not the ones I ordered and instead were the bacon and cheese eggbites. I had also ordered sriracha packets but had to ask for them, to which they said they do not have any. As for the baconand chicken sandwich, they didn?t let us know they didn?t have any; I guess they just expected us to not have a replacementeither. I told them we were missing a sandwich and told them which one, while 5 baristas just stood there and looked at me, oneof them on her phone and another girl standing there, the only one with a mask on and a finger cast. The girl ?helping? me askedthe girl with the mask on if there were any more sandwiches to replace it with since they were out of the one I wanted, and shejust pointed to herself and said ?are you asking me?? Then, she never answered further. I finally asked for a different sandwichjust so we could get the heck out of there. There was only ONE barista who even looked like he was trying to work, and it wasthe only guy there. The four girls were so lazy and had ZERO customer service. If you want coffee with adequate service then this is not the place for you. If you want coffee with EXCELLENT SERVICE and a... Friendly staff, clean facility and outstanding speed plus efficiency then THIS IS THE ONLY COFFEE SHOP YOU'LL NEED. The staffwas outstanding and the service was Great. Coffee is coffee but coffee served with that Great Mississippi Hospitality is adelicious delight to consume. Go there you won't be disappointed. Read more

This may be the world's slowest Starbucks. Employees don't care everybody takes their time tons of people waiting inpatiently... and frustratingly for them to get things done. Skip this place if you can. Read more
