Sat in line for 35 minutes...only one car ahead of me. Never had a problem with my food being fixed right at this location
This place was slammed when we got there and the two young men behind the counter were working non-stop on walk in orders, drive... thru orders, and a stack of ticket orders. It?s a rare thing to see people in the service industry (especially in Meridian) workso hard and so fast and do such a phenomenal job. The sandwiches were great, of course. Read more
Got there at 830 p.m. not too busy so I assumed this should be an easy task. Everything I asked for they were out of. When asked... what time they closed they replied 10. So I asked if they could just restock what I was ordering, you would think I asked themthe question of life. Completely rude service. Everything I asked for for my sandwich was slammed around. This is the third time that I have placed an order at the drive-thru and the sandwich i received was not what I ordered. They... need to start paying attention to what they are doing. Keep the order form near the sandwich while it is being made or have aperson double check the order. Of course, noone is answering the phone. Poor service! Read more
The girl taking my order was very scattered, I had to repeat my order several times, when I got to the window it took forever... because the three employees that were working were to busy laughing and hanging out to get much work done , when the girl handedme my order I said thank you she never made eye contact she never said your welcome she never acknowledged the fact I was eventhere other than handing me my food. I didn?t realize what a great place this Subway was until I moved away and now I have to go to another town?s Subway. I kept... thinking what is missing and then realized I wasn?t being welcomed like I was at the Meridian Subway. The difference between thetwo is monumental. The food is fresher at this one, but the most important thing is how good the employees make you feel whenyou come in and go out the door. ?Welcome to Subway? and ?Thanks for coming in? are huge. Did a mobile order. I went 10 minutes after time to pick up my order. I was told it wasn't ready & that I needed to come back... around. Mind you, traffic was hectic!!! So I did so. Then went back around & had to wait 20 minutes!!! Ridiculous. Also, if youhate working in fast food or hate having to talk to people, please find you another field to work in!!!! Read more
