We ordered wings tonight and then I couldn?t find the order on the tracker so when we didn?t get them and couldn?t get them on... the phone we decide to drive there bc it is was just a couple minutes there was only one person in there working she was SOSuper nice and apologized that we hadn?t got them bc the driver hadn?t returned from the previous orders I am sure bc they areshort staffed like so many but she never said that she just smiled and provided super customer service!! i dont get what people have against dominos lol. was ordering a pizza for my mother the other day. this dude rather buy a 16... dollar pizza from 20 minutes away, instead of two 8 dollar pizzas from dominos. "ive been eating dominos for 10 years" sowhat? lol. is that supposed to be a problem? edit- a year later quality has gone down a bit. sometimes my pizzas are soggyand undercooked, the size and shape of the pizza seems to vary alot also. sometimes the crust is just too big, sometimes times alarge looks like a medium. seems they have alot of new staff and times are tough. my delivery order was canceled the other dayas well. im rooting for you guys though. great location and you guys have been great up until recently. 5->4. This is the first time I?ve had an issue with this particular location. I understand staffing is short everywhere, but I?m not... sure why no one answers the phone at this location. I placed a delivery order online and it did state the delivery times werehigh, which was not an issue at the time. I tried calling about 40 min after placing the order to see if I could change theorder to a pickup. I sat on hold 20+ min before I hung up. I waited a little longer hoping the order would be delivered. When Ichecked the tracker I realized the order never made it out of the prep stage. I gave it a little while longer and checked thetracker and was surprised to see my order was no longer there !!!! My order had been cancelled/deleted without a call or emailnotification. I checked my account and saw I was refunded for my order.I tried to call again to see if this was a mistake andsat on hold another 20+ min without an answer. I had a good experience here. Understaffed was the only issue so pizza took longer than expected but that wasn?t the fault of... the workers. It was a shame to see how other customers treated the worker at the drive thru, when it was my turn you could tellhe thought I was about to yell at him like the last customer. I wish I knew the workers name, he was awesome! Read more

Who makes a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and doesn't put a drop of ranch on it? Food got here cold, and there was hardly any... meat or cheese on the sandwiches. Not a drop of ranch on either one. I tried to call them to get this fixed, but they had me onhold for twenty minutes. To top it off, the garlic twists came in giant balls, not normal twists. Here's some pictures. Theywould not answer the phone, and the app just offered a small discount for the next order. I don't want a discount on anotherbotched order. I want this fixed. Dinner is now, not two weeks from now. Oh, to add. I gave the driver a 20% tip on checkout andSTILL got cold food. Read more
