Love the fried chicken dinner, I always pay the .75 cents and upgrade to breast piece instead of drumstick
Fantastic service. While everyone else has used every excuse for poor service these guys are on top of their game. Food was... almost too hot to eat and the drive thru lane moved quickly. Food was good and I'm happy to report their breakfast is evenbetter. Read more
The food was good. I had the gravy biscuit which they so well. I went through the drive thru. It wasn't an abnormal wait just... their normal busy wait. The lady working the window must have been having a bad day though. I smiled and said thank you when shehanded me my order and she never smiled or said anything to me. No biggie but it would have made my experience better. Read more
Good food Jack's this morning, although my grits were a little heavy on the butter, which is my only reason for not giving it... five stars. The young lady at the register (I forgot to get her name, shoot!) Help me figure out how to get the size of mealthat I wanted for a reasonable price which I very much appreciated. Let's be honest, most fast food is not that great. I mean, it is what it is. I have to say, though....Jack's is doing it... different. Stopped in for lunch on a Friday. The food was fresh and hot and the staff was friendly. The dining area andbathrooms were also very clean. I'm not usually in that area of but when I am, this is a good option for a quick lunch. Made a pick order thinking it would be quicker. Waited about 8 minutes in the drive through to be told we need to come inside... for any pick up orders. My husband goes in and waits another 13 minutes for our food. Waits another 3 for drinks and just walksout. I see our drinks are missing and go back inside since he's already upset about the while ordeal. I walk and ask for drinksand as I'm waiting all I can notice is the steady stream of water falling from the ceiling down infront of the register. ??Dobetter?? Read more
I love Jack's! Got the 2 piece chicken dinner and asked for a breast. For $0.75 they gave me TWO! Their strawberry cheesecake... pie is my favorite and probably the main reason I visit! Read more
