I have never seen the quality and service go down as fast as this McDonalds. It's real slow and the food quality, over the past... several months, has gone way down. I have tried and tried to give this place another chance but, now I'm done. An employeesaid it's the new manager. She said the new manager is trying to change things but, it wasn't broke. Must be true otherwisethe employee would have not said it to a customer. Said as soon as she took over the place has been going down hill. Sad!! I'm done. While ordering, the staff was friendly but overall took 20 mins for my food to get done. I ordered a simple breakfast of a... sandwich and coffee and there were about 7 people still waiting in front of me.the food was meh, cold and the only thing worthit was the coffee. Read more

Front counter service was chaos with no manager and one employee in meltdown unable to complete the simplest of task. Orders... stacked up customers staring at each other and no one cared! New arriving customers were advised not to bother to even order. The other employees clearly did not want to engage the Idiot Employee as she snapped at everyone who came near or tried to help. Finally a large Door Dash Order cleared the counter and things got better. Read more
First I got a big Mac with NO MEAT PATTIES! THEN I DROVE 9 Miles to get a new one and this one has a rock hard bun with NO... Pickles!! If they can't do the job then fire them. I WILL NOT BE BACK! Read more
This location was okay. Could have. Been better with speed and better attitudes with customers. My order was wrong due to the... alterations to my order was not done right. And, they acted like it was a problem to serve me and the guest with me. But, I'mlikely to use it if in that area, again. But, that's only for my people, if they want it! Read more
1 person making food 1 person acting like they are cleaning 1 person actually working The other is leaving out the door as I am... typing this.
