Really good food. 4 in our party had boiled crabs, cooked to perfection, seasoned well and full. I had fried fish and shrimp.... Cooked perfect, fresh and well seasoned. Only down side is trouble getting a table, they do not seat you. Read more
Had high hopes based on other reviews. Got a large shrimp crab gumbo and seafood platter. Received a chicken and sausage gumbo... instead which appeared to be very hearty and meaty and looked very good. Went and exchanged it for the shrimp and crab that weordered and received basically a bowl of broth. What was there was good but felt like we were intentionally given a serving withvirtually nothing but broth. The seafood platter came with a good amount of food. The crawfish ball was really good and theshrimp had a good crispiness, but the platter was otherwise unremarkable. Overall, very disappointed. Read more
C'est Bon is always an amazing experience. The food is authentic and delicious. This is a place where you can go for dinner and... stay for a few drinks to mingle with other patrons at the bar. If you stay long enough, you're definitely going to run in to oldfriends or family members. This is THE place you have to go when you come home to the area! It's worth every one of these 5stars. Delicious food . Everything was so good . And the I most definitely want to go again .
I stopped in and had a bowl of the chicken n sausage gumbo. It had a great flavor. Would have been better with more onions,... peppers, and okra. Also, THEY DON'T HAVE TATTERSALAD to go with it!!! So they only got 4stars. The boild crab and shrimpsmelled wonderful as well. I will be back when I take a ride east again. Read more
