The drive through line runs a bit slow at times, but the coffee quality absolutely makes up for it. I typically get the turtle... mocha with dark chocolate and my wife the regular mocha with dark chocolate. The dark chocolate allows for a really good flavorwhile dampening the sweetness of the drink. The only real criticism is the driveway on the north side of the building. It isincredibly steep and you have to take the turn really wide to keep from scraping the bottom of your car. There is another way inon the west side that is easily accessed and won?t try to eat the front of your car though, so definitely take that one whenevervisiting. Read more
My favorite coffee shop stop! Custom make all you favorites, hot, cold, bold and more. I need dairy free milk, and they have... options! Cinnamon cake is one of my favorites. The new chicken chorizo treat is good too! There is always a trivia questionat the window, answer correctly and get a discount on you purchase. Fun times and great service. Read more
I'm changing my rating because they are always closed when they are supposed to be open and the drinks take a very long time to... be made. Always in like for at least 5 min For the simplest things. The staff is always friendly tho so thats why it's a 2 star. Read more
First of all, they didn't know what a tall skinny latte with an extra shot was or how to tab that into their system so I ended... up with a medium Northern lite hot coffee that had some fat-free vanilla which I did not expect at all, also no extra shot thecoffee taste itself was very weak behind the vanilla. Coffee was good but not labeled, and she gave us the wrong drinks LOL. I asked for the bagel very lightly toasted for my very... picky child. She said no problem but it was burnt, so he didn't eat it. Overall, service was friendly, but we weren't reallyhappy after spending $35 to get everything wrong. Read more
I treated my dad to a coffee after he helped me pick up a dresser from Ikea. Mine was pretty good, no complaints but also... nothing special. For $5.19 I kinda want something that will leave an impression. I forgot to ask how his was but he neithercomplained nor waxed poetic about it so I assume he felt about the same as I did. Read more
I have been a long time fan of Caribou Coffee, and I love that there are several locations in the KC metro. I wish there were... even more. This is a drive through location easy to find on Shawnee Mission Parkway. The staff here are incredible. Even thoughI can't use my large collection of reusable Caribou Coffee tumblers during the covid-19 era, the staff here still gave me 10%off for bringin it. I'll be happy when this stuff is over and we can get back to saving the planet. Read more
