You never know if they are open or not. This place used to be my go to place late at night. I feel like this place is owned by... the same guy who runs the McDonald's in the area which are trash. We drove through two weeks ago at this location. They refused to take our order and said order on the app while we were sitting... IN their drive thru. I asked for the zip code to send to the correct location, they refused and stopped answering me. Drove upto the window and took a picture of two employees sitting down in the dining area who refused to come to the window to speakwith me. Finally, after almost five minutes a guy came to the window, I asked for the Manager, he walked away and came back andsaid the Manager refused to come to talk to me. He then told me I had to leave unless I had already ordered on the app, thenclosed the window in my face, went and sat back down in the dining area and got back on his phone. Read more

Really unfortunate, because Jack in the Box has a great menu. Stopped going to this location due to poor quality of food... preparation and service. Based on seeing other reviews, I?ll get a canned response to fill out a form and then nothing willchange. Read more

The food is incredible. Staffing reflects poorly on management. So it?s raining, everyone?s in a bad mood, in the drive thru,... and it?s just a kinda unlucky situation. But here is how it could have been better. First, the drive thru intercom is extremelydifficult to hear. Very importantly, there was only one poor employee working. Ok get this straight, there is a backup oforders in the drive thru, people coming inside to order as well. There is ONE WORKER that is making the (really good) food,taking orders, and fulfilling them. You hear me, this was a Chick-fil-a sized operation that ONE PERSON had to do. Please givethat one worker a raise. Every time I drive past, there are only a couple of cars at most in parking lot. Overall, I?m givingthis 4 stars because it was honestly a hard situation. But not having staff or any staff ready, is absolutely bogus. The workingcondition is really a problem. I know it?s hear to get staff and I?m just a random reviewer, but this is not normal. The foodis great overall! I would say more about the food but I really can?t, because I spent half my day in the drive thru. The workers handled having angry customers well but the management of this location should be ashamed. They already have a... limited soda selection but they were completely out of all soda except root beer. My large fries were actually a small becausethey ran out of curly fries . They were short staffed because there was no one to bring out my mobile order. They were missingcondiments as well. This resulted in a less than desirable lunch. The dining room was closed. I am assuming the workers did notwant to be confronted by so many angry customers. Read more

Love how they just can decide day to day when the lobby is going to be open or not, frustrating when Doordashing and you've got... to wait in a long line when you're not even ordering food. So I just mark "store closed" and move on Read more

Jack in the Box always is sooooo good! We don?t have one where I?m from and every time we are in the area, we swing by. They... always have fresh food, and take great care of us! They have the best egg rolls, hands down! Definitely come try it out if youhaven?t yet, you won?t forget it! I love how you can get a burger, egg rolls, and tacos all in the same place! Read more

Ordered a dinner via Jack-in-the-box mobile app (used T-Mobile free 'Jack burger' Tuesday). Upon entering the parking lot, two... cars were present. Entrance door to business was locked and drive-thru roped off. The app accepted my order and charged mycredit card. Knocked on the door with no response. Another person drove up and stated this location often closes early andsometimes not even open during the day. Per the pics, no customers nor employees are visible. Very poor customer service andshould not be able to order via app if location is closed. I have sent an email to the headquarters so will see what response(if any) is received. Avoid this business.
