This store is the worst!!!! Never have delivery drivers. They take your order. You wait over an hour and a half before finally... calling for them to tell you there are no drivers. They clearly do not care about customers. Just call and let people know!!!Should have received a call or email immediately. Third time this has happened. Read more

Sandwiches are always delicious & staff are very polite. Had a mix up with my order where I got the wrong sandwich, but it was... right at closing, so I couldn?t get a new one. The girl I spoke with on the phone was very apologetic and refunded my order &offered to replace it the next day, which she did. Thank you for making it right! Customer service is great. Read more
In my experience, they've lived up to the hype about speed that the commercials put forth at least 8/10 times. Not that I... actually care, b/c I don't go during rushes. But still. You don't have to have my sammich ready before I can even fill up mycherry coke*. It's nice, though. * I think cherry coke over pebble ice is the best drink with American cuisine like subs andburgers and chicken finger and fish/chips. Somebody in charge at JJ's thinks so too. Is it kismet? I recommend getting theirhot peppers no matter what you order. Many places only have jalapeños. Psh. Nah, friend, you need what JJ's got. And theirfresh bread is also better than the other top 2 places that I'm not supposed to name as a "local guide." But I think you knowwhat they are. I'm a Bootlegger's Club guy. Because I think the roast beef marries well with the turkey. That's not always thecase, because "roast beef" taste varies HUGELY from place to place. It's barely a category. I like JJ's. Back to the bread:careful with an 'unwich'. The meat is preserved in a way intended to go with bread. Without it, people tend to think it tastesreal salty. I'm not knocking it. This is the store with the WORST customer service EVER. We get several orders from this store (not sure why we keep doing it),... and every time, today included, we wait for over an hour to get our food and if we call, the person on the phone is rude andquite clueless to what is going on. Today, I have been waiting for my order now for 75 minutes. I called and asked when wewould have our food and the person that answered the phone REFUSED to help me. He would not tell me how much longer or even ifthe food was out for delivery. It was excuse after excuse after excuse. It is like this every time. The employees are always friendly and attentive, and the store is always clean. When I order in-store or online for in-store... pickup, they are always fast. Ordering delivery isn't great though, unfortunately. I live 5-ish minutes from this location, buton average, it takes about 20-30 minutes for delivery, which isn't what I consider "freaky fast." To end on a positive, they arereally great at fixing any issues. My order was missing a side, so I called and they had someone bring it to me, which I reallyappreciated. Read more
I ordered lunch on Monday but it was never delivered. When I called the store they told me my order couldn?t be delivered... because there were no drivers. They should not have charged my card if they knew it could not be delivered. I called for arefund and was told only the regional manager could do this. I?ve now been waiting for 4 days and still no refund. I?m veryangry and will not order from this store again. Read more
