Rather unwelcoming service. They had only the drive thru open, and staff weren't friendly. Forgot part of my order so I had to... go through the drive thru again. Food was not a good value and didn't taste very fresh. Location appears run down and in need ofmaintenance. Read more
Lobby closed 10/06/22 5pm. W bound on 63rd its hard to see entrance, untrimmed trees. Printing on drive thru menu is very small... & hard to read when parked at the speaker. The lady with the pink hair at the window told me to pull ahead as i was handing hermy card to pay -huh, dont you want my card first, THEN tell me the order is still cooking and to please pull forward to wait?!?No utensils or napkins furnished with meal. I've never seen the lobby open at this location in the past 2 years that I have lived in the area. It is off of an access road,... so a bit of a challenge to access. I'll be calling the corporate at this point. The staff is rude as can be. I've seen people hate their jobs but no one made you... apply. The service was awful from hello.
