Clean tables. Clean bathroom. Service was fast, accurate, and friendly.
Our order was wrong, went to the counter to get it corrected, was very confusing trying to explain to the young lady behind the... counter. After a few minutes, she finally realized the issue and took my meal back to make it properly. While waiting for mymeal, my wife found her pattie to be way under cooked. When my meal returned. Mine was under cooked as well, both to the pointof not being able to be eaten. We ate our fries, and continued our journey, not wanting to press the issue, or wait for anothermeal to be prepared. I enjoyed a really great breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and coffee. It was served quick and hot.... I was further impressed by the quantity and quality of the meal. The eggs were fresh and not dried out, and the coffee wasstrong and fresh. I try to make it a habit to always eat breakfast at that location, as I am always happy with the service Ireceive there and the food served. Read more
I ordered a big Mac with no lettuce. Open the box and guess what is still on it? Lettuce, if you guys don't want to accept any... changes to an order then say that, anytime I ask for something to be left off it never is. It even says on the ticket no shrdlettuce. The food also wasn't the best flavor wise this time. Read more
Terrible. Signs claiming 24 hr drive thru. It's a lie. I tried and was told, rudely, if you're not delivery, we are... closed. The can cook for delivery, but not for customer's there? Shameful. Read more
This rating is for the morning/early afternoon staff. I'm not sure if they hired a new morning crew (which I believe they have),... but in the last 2 months or so I noticed different employees at both windows (pay and pick up). They are fantastic andINCREDIBLY fast. Always polite and get the order right. I really appreciate it. It is so hard to find good staff at McDonald'sthese days so I really want to commend them. The night/overnight shift though is a different story... like other comments I toohave been told they are out of food, coffee, ice cream, etc... Doesn't make any sense. But I am thankful for the morning crew!They are definitely doing it right!!! Read more
Was coming here almost daily for lunch. Made my order as I usually do on the app. Checked in while passing QT as I usually do.... Walk up to door, locked. ?Closed til 4 short staffed.? Yesterday they seemed over staffed. Also isn?t that what the self servicekiosks are for? Do they think they have to babysit me while I eat my lunch? No it?s all laziness, have called 15 times now andthey refuse to answer the phone. I also sat in the parking lot for at least 10 minutes. They had the order in there. Small 3dollar order. Didn?t even try to bring it out or any kind of interaction. Shame Read more
A great stop if you?re headed east on Johnson Drive - I think that the easiest way in is through the corner of the QT parking... lot. If you?re headed west, I?d recommend turning south on Antioch and then turning right on the street in front of Hobby Lobby. They are usually pretty good with wait times, although they do get backed up a little when it?s very busy. Everyone is prettyfriendly, and it?s clean if you want to eat inside. My only caution is that you go very slowly when driving in front of thebuilding. There might be a car waiting for food that is difficult to get around, but the main thing is that a worker might popout right in front of you to take an order to one of the pickup spots. I wish they?d wear vests or have a light on, but ifthat?s my #1 thing to change about a McDonald?s, they must be doing a pretty good job. Read more
