Friendly employees but the Coca Cola Freestyle machine in the lobby has been out of diet soda on my last, I don't know, 8... visits? I am just not somebody who can sit down and drink 800 calories of sugar with lunch. It isn't hard to fix this problemeither. You stick a paperclip in the little hole on the bottom of the door, pull out the box with an empty bag of aspartame init, and and put in a new box. It's very easy and I've done it dozens of times. It can be done with no training and requiresmaybe 5 minutes at most. Come on. It's not a big task. I have gotten terrible inedible food here a few times but overall thisis a pretty okay Wendy's and definitely the best Wendy's in Kansas. (You wouldn't believe how bad the other ones are.) Ifyou're going to go here I recommend always ordering ahead with the app. The drive thru cashiers sometimes know the names of themenu items but not much other English so if you want to customize the sandwich or get a drink flavor or have any special requestyou almost always get the wrong thing unless you use the mobile app. Read more
If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered 3 chicken sandwiches and 2 were just barely warm. The other one had a whole piece of... plastic in the middle, the cook tried to call me a liar saying there was no plastic. The manager said I have to contactcorporate for a refund on my chicken sandwich. Seriously? How much more worse can your customer service be? Read more
Drive through always moves pretty quickly. Hardly ever get old fries. The staff is always friendly and hardworking. Sometimes... they close early, probably because of limited staff. But always had a great experience here Read more

Got to the window and nearly gave me the order behind me. Was told to wait for my order and I waited for 20 minutes. Got my... sandwich but was missing my nuggets. Had to pull back around and get nuggets and that took additional 5 minutes. Read more
Don't like drive thru prefer to pick up order and way too often I'm forced to use the drive thru due to the door being locked,... which I have no way of knowing until I've parked and tried to enter. Find it to be rude Read more
I asked for fresh fries and was given old cold fries????, Chicken Nuggets were cold, Lettuce on the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers was... bad. This is the first that I've been to this Wendy's in a long time. I have always been very satisfied with this Wendy's untilthis last visit. Read more
The spicy chicken was dry. I asked for no tomato. So they gave no tomato or lettuce.
