Had my baby's baptism/1st bday party here. Food was Incredible! Everyone was raving about how fresh and delicious the food... was! Great service, and loved family style option for us. My daughter’s bridal shower yesterday was such a success, Fabio and his staff did a great job, everyone raved about the food,... the room was perfect size for the party, staff was attentive and friendly, even the valet was so nice. This place has a very nice atmosphere, by the water with boats, beautiful view. The food was great, I’m usually skeptical... about Italian food that I cook my self, but this is really authentic. The service was great , lots of food for the price and theowner is a great guy willing to accommodate and go above and beyond!! I highly recommend. Was recommended by a co-worker to try your restaurant. It was everything she said it was. Our waiter Kyle was friendly,... professional , recommended his favorites , you couldn't ask for a better waiter. Please let him know this, as I work in customerservice you only hear the bad reviews. The fried zucchini, Veal parmigiana, Veal AcQua were fabulous. We had the Coppa Caffe fordessert and it was delicious. We will be back ! Read more

AcQua is one of my favorite restaurants in Merrick which has friendly staff and good food. This time we went for our anniversary... and enjoyed a good food, drink and view. They accommodated my request for having the veal parmigiana sauce on the side which Iappreciated, the only complaint is that the veal parmigiana was a little dry on the edges. Our waitress was super nice andcaring. And I would return back as always. Read more
This place was simply awesome. The ambience, the view, the food and the service were impeccable. Fried zucchini as an appetizer... melts in your mouth. I had the chicken marsala, which was delicious. My cocktail of choice was the Upside Down Pineapplemartini - sooo good! ???????????? Cannoli for dessert was so fresh and yummy! Our server, Sara, was just super sweet andfabulous. The hostess - really everyone there, went above and beyond. I will be coming back for sure - as well as recommendingto everyone I know.
