Raw oysters were perfect, staff was nice, but food very disappointing. Lobster bisque was so salty that it was not edible (not... by me or my 8 year old). Looked like a lot of ppl left their soup. Ahi tuna (pictured) was washed in sauce to the point youcant taste the tuna (wife didnt eat it). Baked clams had cheese on them, or a cheese like substance. All around L. Took forever to get our food. We got to watch people get seated after us and have enough time to order, eat and... leave before we were served. Finally get the food and it was just tragic. Hard rice flavorless fish. My sisters meal came withasparagus that looks like it?s been fighting it?s whole life. The table next to us had nice green fresh asparagus. All around avery interesting experience not gonna make this mistake again. Read more
Came here on a nice summer day and sat outside. Nice cocktail menu and beer selection. Started with mussels and they were sooo... delicious. For dinner i had the Caribbean lobster which came with a pineapple dip and it was absolutely delicious. Great serviceand great food! Read more
My sister and I often go here for lobster, but unfortunately when we went today they said they didn't have a full lobster, but... had lobster rolls. We debated about leaving, but decided to stay and ordered the burrata, oysters and I decided to try thescallop dinner and omg everything was amazing. The burrata and the oysters were so fresh and then the scallops came with thisamazing corn puree and it was amazing. I am a super picky eater and it was one of the best dishes I've had in a while. Loved our maiden visit on a Saturday night! Was craving for some seafood that?s not served on disposable plates. Ventured out... here on the south shore, right on the water. We loved every dish we ordered. The calamari was great. The raw oysters on halfshells hit the spot - we had 3 of each. For the main course I went with the stuffed flounder (which replaced the previous flukeon the menu), and found it delicious. Others had the blackened mahi mahi (tough on the outer layer, but deliciously softinside), fish and chips (was ok), and the Anchor Down burger with fries (excellent). Will be adding it to our list of authenticseafood spots on the island! Read more
