Slow service, had me waiting for 20 minutes for my take out order
I work remote & mobile, depending heavily on the team at Dunkin Donuts to keep me ?runnin?. The shifts in labor markets did not... spare this facility, I watched an unreliable transient labor force create unreliable guest experiences through the summer. Got two coffees from this location about an hour ago. They were completely un drinkable and had to be thrown away. Could not go... back and ask them to re do it because we were already on the road when we began to drink them. My coffee tasted like expiredmilk and the other tasted like ?battery acid?. A complete waste of $10 and will be contacting corporate and demanding a refund.Had to walk out of this location the day before after waiting for 15 minutes while all 5 of the staff should around doing whatseemed like nothing. Seems like this place is lacking management and oversight and is being run by inexperienced teenagers.
