One of the worst customer service experiences I have had! There are levels to laid back and casual, but the kind I received... here was unacceptable. Training also seems to be lacking. I asked the person over the counter what size the pizzas are. Theperson answered he did not know. For someone working at a pizza place that piece of information is something important. I don'tknow why the guy was not knowledgeable. The same person also does not know what the Wifi password is. The wifi name is brandedas "Milanos" so it makes sense that the internet is for guests also and not just for business use. The washroom door inside therestaurant is lacking a handle. When I asked about it the person by the counter mentioned that the door can be opened by hookingonto the door knob groove and twisting the door open. Perhaps the most horrible experience of all was the kind of attitude wegot later on after we finished eating. I ordered a small pizza for myself, and my 2 companions ordered an extra large vegetarianpizza that they shared. Both of them are actual practicing vegetarians. They were not able to finish the whole pizza so theywent over to the counter and asked for some food container they can use for take away. Their original pizza box was a lot biggerto house what was leftover. It will be flimsy to use the same box because the pizza will slide over to the side and be flippedover. The Pizzeria employee initially refused our request and mentioned they will not give out any boxes. We asked again andexplained the situation, and the reply we got was them telling us to just use the box from the small pizza (my order). Normally,that will have been fine but the small pizza box was already contaminated with my meat pizza order. We tried one more time andasked why they cannot give out any food container. So happy to see the Merrickville location open. Happier to see their vegan menu available as well. Staff were very knowledgeable... and friendly. Delivery is available. The storefront also has wheelchair accessibility. Read more
