Always a great experience at this Culver's when I am in town. One of the few places you can fit a semi truck and trailer in the... parking lot. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is always hot when it should be and salads are fresh. Read more
Purchased a single scoop, flavor of the day, yesterday which was supposed to be ?turtle? I received a vanilla scoop with 2 pecan... nut crumbs on top of a cone and was laughingly told that it was too hard to put anything else on?!?! Read more
Oh. My.Goodness!! This was my first time going inside this Culver?s as I normally go through the drive-thru. This Culver?s is... GORGEOUS on the inside!! It is so aesthetically pleasing with the decorative touches and the 2-sided fireplace, TVs, and littlenooks to sit for privacy. I have been in hotels with breakfast areas that are far less pleasing than this! It certainly didn?tfeel like I was sitting in a fast food restaurant at all. The service was fast and pleasant. All areas were clean and theworkers were well-groomed for the most part. I just couldn?t get over how fantastic the layout and decor was of this Culver?s.It is easy access to HWY 39 also. I stopped here after attending a concert, but I wish our Culver?s around me were as invitingas this one!! BRAVO to the interior designers, landscapers, cooks, servers, managers?. Place was clean. Pop was mixed right not like some places that add too much water. Gal at checkout needed experience. Butter... burger was not as good as others I have had at other locations. Prices seemed up a bit but my friend Brandon probably caused theincrease. Read more
The visit started with 5 stars the order taker at the indoor counter was very pleasant and personable. However we had to wait... for our order a long length of time. We stood and watched people who came and order after us receive their food order before us.It wasn't until I said to a staff person that we were still waiting for our food that the lead or manager who was bagging fooddecided he would bag our order. He then gave it to a staff person and said "just apologize to them for the wait." An apology canbe appropriate but not when it is given without any concern for the wrong you have done. The apology was offered but the leaderdidn't give a darn about us waiting so long for our order. The customer service from the lead was horrible. He was there to showthe team how to serve customers well. He failed when it came to this customer. Read more
