Definitely not the same as it used to be. Food quality has dropped significantly.

If not for the young man nodding out on the counter while his coworker ignored me I would have never tried Chips Hamburgers... across the street!!! Very clean, great service and the food was good and hot. Kayla did a great job.
The young men working that day were polite and helpful. The burgers were fresh and hot. Took 2 Ham sandwich home with us for... lunches. They reheat great. We real miss our Hardee's that closed and was happy to find this jem! Read more
Food is overpriced and it's definitely mediocre. I'd rather go out to eat almost anywhere else in town except for Arby's because... these two are both gross food options. I've had much better Hardee's in the past, but it was certainly not in the Merrilllocation Read more
Was not very enthusiastic about my visit had to wait in the lobby for 10 min with one other customer while one car was in the... drive threw while an employee just sat in the lobby and watched us wait... I understand it could have been your break but dontjust sit there in the lobby while customers are complaining about service then the ketchup is also empty and dident get filledtill my food was cold and I dident want the ketchup up any more.
