Apparently the employees at this location just make up their own hours. Sign & website state 9am open, went in at 9am and 1... employee in the building tells me they don't open until 930am, at 930am 2 more employees show up, I walk in and once again I amNOT greeted with an hello or good morning but with a we aren't open until 10am... really... I don't care if it is an hour outof my way... I'm going to Medford KFC... if only I could locate some sort of corruption number... sooo NOT happy!! Read more
Actually KFC is in with Taco Bell and that's what I had, food was good, service was good. Tables were a little dirty, could use... a little wiping down. Read more
7:15 at night, open til 10 and they're out of chicken and the chicken cook left already. ordered tenders, they were so tiny,... definitely not worth $20 for two 3 pc tender meals. ridiculous. Read more
Visited on the evening July 21st. The cashier was very nice and our order was taken correctly. Somebody in the back was... singing or rather just hollering about things that shouldn't have been at a restaurant. The cashier even kept looking towardsthe back. To the guy who was singing/hollering I hope it doesn't hurt when you pee anymore. Read more
I bought a 4 piece meal and tenders for us and it was all delicious. Friendly service neat and clean.
Just had my worst KFC meal ever. I was really looking forward to it, but it was totally disappointing. Stopped at 11:24 in the... morning expecting fresh chicken tenders. But the breading was dry and hard and the chicken was like jerky. I could only eat twoof the four strips. They had to have served me yesterday?s food. The macaroni and cheese which is usually very creamy was driedout. Again, probably from yesterday. At least the mountain dew was good. I love KFC, but never again at this store. Read more
Would be helpful to have better hours. Says open till 11pm online, says open till 9 pm on the door. We walk in at 8:30 and they... say sorry we closed at 7. Please be consistent so we can actually plan our dinner. Another visit. Waited 45 min. While 5 othercustomers were given there food before us. Order is always messed up and customer service these last few visits always seems to be terrible. Caught the first mistake in... line so had to go back in. Got home and it was still wrong! Had to go back and staff looked at me and seemed to be laughing. Noapology for messing my order up 2 times!! Tried calling store at several times to speak with manager and nobody ever answeredthe phone. Won't be going back for awhile!! Read more
