The young man working the drive-thru window this evening was the most patient, respectful, attentive & professional employee I... have seen in some time. It was quite refreshing to be treated with respect regardless of the timing of our arrival (closingtime) & our being somewhat difficult, due to indecisiveness & changing of orders several times as well as adding yet more, afterpaying for first @ pickup window (sorry about that, btw). Most of the bad experiences that I have had/witnessed with fast foodare due to employees one way or another, rarely the food or business end of it, so I feel the need to give positive feedbackwhen relevant, due the rarity of good work ethic & respectful youth nowadays & he nailed both. So, thank you again young Man,keep up your good work ethic, positive attitude and professionalism, it IS noticed & appreciated. Atleast try to get the toppings on the sandwich. Also my hot chocolate was just warm milk. And you guys offer scholarships?... How's is a kid going to succeed in college if he can't squirt mayo on a bun or remember the CHOCOLATE in the hot CHOCOLATE. Read more
It was horrible. I went there yesterday, with my coach. We both thought it was bad. It was dirty, no tables were clean at all.... Nothing was stocked, napkins and ketchup cups, lids, and straws could?ve been filled. I?ve worked in customer service in fastfood and it was just awful. The people were rude and all of them had attitudes. Another lady asked for bbq and the one ladyworking, rolled her eyes and made it seem like such a huge deal. The fries were gross as well, seemed like they were over cookedand sitting out. They got our order wrong because the young girl didn?t even care to repeat our order, even when we repeatedwhat we didn?t want on our burger. We heard people complaining from the front with the plexiglass in front. There?s no reason weshould hear workers complaining about their job or doing something, when there?s customers standing in the front ready to order.No one had a good attitude or seemed like they wanted to be there. Worst drive thru ever! Girl greets you, then ignores you and takes the car who pulls up alongside yours order. You wait then try... again but nothing... thought it was a speaker problem but they take the car after yours order when you pull away!???????? Read more
A well run greasy macks. It was clean and the food was good. Right by the freeway ez on and off.
Could only order on automated board despite workers; not a single person spoke to me while I waited A LONG time for my food (and... not given a cup for my drink). Lack of customer service and not a welcoming or quick stop. Read more
I walked in to place my order. The staff was awesome. The facility was super clean with one fine lady cleaning the entire lobby... all by herself. My food was hot, delicious, and really good. Kudos to the team that was working around 5pm on April 23 2022.Thank you all for all you do every day providing great meals to so many people. You all are the real heros! Read more
