My experience was very disappointing especially since my son is a assistant general manager at a different location. I sat at... the bar and the two bartenders never checked to see if everything was okay. They never cleared the bones from my wings when Iwas done. They never even gave me napkins. I had to reach over and get them myself. When I was able to get their attentionthey didn’t remember I had ordered another round of drinks. BWW is one of my favorite places to go. A gazillion sauces to choose from! Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper are my favorites.... And their rewards system is great. I always get offers for discounts or freebies, and I use the points I rack up to get a bigpiece of chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert for free. Nothing like being immediately greeted by a sassy lady saying be prepared to wait, no one wants to work today...I give this... place a chance every 6 months and I remember almost immediately why I don't go as often anymore. Just go to Hooters if you wantfaster service. Read more

The wings were so tiny and barely had any meat in them. They were over cooked and hard. The ultimate nachos came to the table... with barely any toppings…so basically we got a tray of tortilla chips.
