My experience was very disappointing especially since my son is a assistant general manager at a different location. I sat at... the bar and the two bartenders never checked to see if everything was okay. They never cleared the bones from my wings when Iwas done. They never even gave me napkins. I had to reach over and get them myself. When I was able to get their attentionthey didn’t remember I had ordered another round of drinks. Customer service was horrible towards me but the other twogentleman that sat a few chairs down from me was well taken care of though. I guess I had to be a differentnationality…..smdh Read more
Loved getting to see all the Sunday games at once in one place, no matter which direction we were seated. Lively atmosphere.... Great pitcher specials. Bar pizza was de-lish. Our waitress was lovely. Restrooms were clean. Enjoyable afternoon. Read more
BWW is one of my favorite places to go. A gazillion sauces to choose from! Parmesan garlic and lemon pepper are my favorites.... And their rewards system is great. I always get offers for discounts or freebies, and I use the points I rack up to get a bigpiece of chocolate cake with ice cream for dessert for free. Nothing like being immediately greeted by a sassy lady saying be prepared to wait, no one wants to work today...I give this... place a chance every 6 months and I remember almost immediately why I don't go as often anymore. Just go to Hooters if you wantfaster service. Read more
Food was great. But the wait to check out was too long. They only had one to two waitresses, they was short staff. I felt they... should've all pitched in to help especially the ones that were running the registers. Teamwork makes the dream work. Read more
Great experience! The Manager was friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The food tasted great and the wait staff... provided a welcoming, friendly, and service oriented environment. My Bartender was Maxine this evening & i’d have to say out of my many many many years going in & out of restaurants and... leaving reviews this ray of sunshine has been my brightest server yet! She was very polite, and attentive to my husband and I,didn’t over step but knew when to check in on us, our food came out exceptionally fast and exactly how our difficult butsordered it. The wings were so tiny and barely had any meat in them. They were over cooked and hard. The ultimate nachos came to the table... with barely any toppings…so basically we got a tray of tortilla chips. We had to find the waitress to ask for refills on ourdrinks. The Mac and cheese for our 3 year old was cold and hard. They didn’t have any kids menus….I could go on:l.
