You would think that Burger King could update their hours of operation. Drove to 2 different BK and both were closed. One says... they close at 11pm and the other at 12am. It's currently 10:44pm. Don't understand how this franchise is still in business. Read more
I wish I could give this place negative stars. The service is abysmal from the cashiers to the manager with the bad wig and... bifocals. Food always comes out to you cold and rubbery if you don?t ask for it to be made fresh and if you do ask for thatyou?ll surely be met with attitude from the staff at the window as if you owe them favor for simply doing the job that they?regetting paid to do. This location seems to disappoint on a regular basis. You?d think with such a long wait, your food would be hot, but my food... (and many others?) is always lukewarm or cold. Even when they get my order right (which they don?t, most of the time), my friesare ice cold or my burger feels like it hasn?t even been cooked yet, or my onion rings are mercilessly overcooked. There?salways something wrong with my order, ranging from the accuracy of my order or the quality of the food I recieve. I haven?t hada fully positive experience at this location since 2019. My mom and myself went to Burger King around 10:30 11pm on 9-17-22 and they only had 1 cook and 1 window person ,yes granted we... waited a Lil longer than expected, but the customer service was very nice and our food was hot on point the young man workingthe window was ,very helpful and friendly Great job ???? Just shut the place down.. I literally sat in line 15 mins before my order was taken and I was the only car.. They didn't have... grilled chicken or cookies.. customer service was low-level at best... absolutely the worst burger king in the area.. Who is theowner??? Read more

It took me 15 mins to get my order and I was the only car in line. I got 2 breakfast sandwiches, and 2 whoppers. The sausage... looked old and dry, which it was. The whoppers, are definitely not what they use to be, those patties looked freezer burned andold. I use to love me a whopper, but its getting harder to find a good bk lately. Wasn't helped and stood for over 5 minutes waiting to order at the counter while one employee was yelling meanly at another... employee. 3 more peope walked in while i waited for my food and they were never helped. Took like 10 more minutes to get myburger and they turned the lights off as they handed the bag over while people in the lobby had to leave because I guess theyfelt like closing at 8:45. One of the crazier experiences I've had at a fast food chain besides the taco bell by my house wherethe homeless population has taken over. Read more
