My husband went there for our 35th anniversary dinner. Very friendly, good customer service skills. There was someone at front... to great us as we came in and there was no wait. Our server was very attentive. She came back serval times to see if we neededanything else. Didn't have to wait on our food. As soon as we got done with the appetizer, our entree was coming. Waiter was nice, and tried very hard. The establishment itself was downright disgusting. Me and my wife were seated next to a... party that were loud, obnoxious, and their kids were practically playing on the ground... inches from our table. The floors werefilthy, garbage everywhere, the bathrooms were hosed down with urine, nothing was clean. The food was mediocre. Probably wouldof had a better experience at mcdonalds down the street. Always love chili's. This location was really clean and friendly staff. Our waitress was great. The food was good. Had the... loaded baked potato soup and cheeseburger. Very juicy. The party had the 6 oz sirloin. Cooked to order. Recommend thisrestaurant for lunch. Read more

Ray wasn?t my server, I believe he was the host, but he was AMAZING!! He told me about the specials and walked me through the... menu when seating me at my table. My actual server barely checked on me and the guest in our area, but he was checking on us. Iappreciate that a lot. The food was amazing. I had no idea about the smokehouse combo. It?s delicious and affordable. Of courseI order the trusty Cajun pasta which was perfect as well. I?m in love with the Presidente margarita. Never miss. *Edit: Ray isthe manager. I ordered food through Doordash when it arrived there was No Potatoes in the Potato Soup. The Chicken Quesadilla was All dried... out and thrown together. This was a waste of my money. I will not order from them again. I am Extremely Disappointed! Read more
I had to really pause on how to rate this particular location. I'm going to place the iffy service on management, because the... people are a product of their environment and I don't want to single out employees whom may not be the actual reason for why Iwas not pleased. This particular location was lacking compared to other Chili's locations that I frequent. ***One thingChili's (as a corporation) needs to do is change the "Supplier" of thier chips. Find out where Bubbas 33 gets thier chips orcontract with Mission Foods out of Irving, Texas.
