This place was an absolute dump! First off the staff of what I could see, which was 3 people, would rather screw off than take... orders. Second the place was a total dump, trash & half eaten food on the floors & tables. The drink counter was barely stocked& was out of ice. We were planning ok eating in but once we saw the state of the dining room, took our order & left. Grant it Iknow it's the official start of the holiday season but I know places are ran way better. If I could give this place 0 stars Iwould. Definitely will not be returning. Read more

They need to close that dump down. Then hire management team that's knows what the he'll they are doing. I guess look at the... people they hire answers everything. Also Chipotle is scamimg customer out of money also. You buy a large bag of chips and geta small bag of chips they are the same. Time for a lawsuit for false Advertising. Today I went in to order 4 bowls. One that had steak and chicken. As I was reading off the orders (for my coworkers and myself)... the workers seemed to be upset. I am ready to pay and without even being greeted, the lady next to the cashier says rudely "Isaw her out double meat on your bowl". First off learn common decency when dealing with paying customers. Second chastise yourstaff about portion sizes and relaying the up charge to customers. I am completely disgusted spending money where I cannot evenbe treated kindly. Oh boy. I don?t even know where to begin. No stars isn?t an option. Immediately walking in there?s a sign on the door that they... aren?t accepting cards, cash only and exact change only. Understandable if the system is down to take card payments for orders.I placed my order online and hopped in line. Almost everyone before and after me was asking for more meat or double meat becauseof the amount of ingredients that were being added. I had a friend meet me there and I let him know to place his order onlinetoo. His order was to be ready by 7:40. We kept checking the pickup order spot to make sure we didn?t miss it. By 7:53 wenoticed the order still hadn?t been made. I went up to the register and said that we?ve been waiting for an order. Mind you theperson working the register had their air pods in and their phone propped up on the receipt printer on FaceTime. I have a photobut I will save it for when chipotle contacts me. I?m not that disrespectful to post a photo of them online without theirknowledge. They proceeded to give attitude and be disrespectful. There were others waiting unhappy as well. The employeesstarted rolling their eyes and saying thing like ?uhh I swear to God?. The girl working in the back kept huffing and puffing.She has her headphones in as well. They made us feel as if we were a burden to them. I asked why the girl in the back had aproblem with why I was upset. They put everything in the bag with attitude. We ?had our order made? and we left. Upon gettinghome we open the bag but it?s the wrong order. It has the same first name but the ticket says doordash all over it. We go backand the person on the cash register is again upset to see us. We learned that we were speaking to the manager and we said afterall that they still managed to give us the wrong order. First of all...the food area was disgusting. One guy was cleaning or brushing everything on the floor. We waited 20 mins for... fresh chicken. We were offered watered down beverages. Our food was finally made...got home and the chicken was so salty. It wasinedible. This location has become a nightmare. Never again. I don't want to even get into the bad attitudes. Just horrible. Chicken tasted and smelled rotten even with spices in it ! Place is clumsy and not well cleaned. No wonder I have not seen... customers inside at 4 PM. I threw the burrito after the first bite. Sorry to be straightforward, not meant to bring the raceissue here but i gotta mention this ! Food was okay. The white rice wasn't very lemon or cilantro flavored. There was no steak or veggies which was okay bc i wasn't... going to get that anyways. I told the cashier i had a gift card she said to scan it, and then she said to put the credit cardin. I assumed the gift card went through but then she said it didn't. It was stupid. I like Chipotle, or did. This was real bad. Southlake mall location is trash, at least today. Employees were nice, but food was... not. Burnt food in foil and out of over half ingredients ordered. They just made the order anyway and said call corporate tocomplain if you want. Fyi, over a month later and they still haven't responded to me in any way. Smh. 0 stars. Read more
