Haven't had DD in long time due to the over pricing of products. Decided to pick a coffee up because it was very convient for me... today but was highly disappointed when I received my coffee. After a few drinks, I swallowed a small amount of coffee grains.Wasn't a big deal until the next drink had twice as many grounds in it. There was NO sign on the door regarding Dunkin Donuts was drive thru only. So we had to get back in car and go thru the drive... thru. We ordered a half dozen of glazed donuts and one coffee. We received a half dozen of chocolate donuts, and the cashierasked of four different times if we wanted coffee. Put up a sign that says they close at 5 PM today but when I tried to order 15 minutes before 5 PM they were already closed. I go... here every other morning sometimes everything is great. Other times my order is messed up or even miss placed or forgotten. Hopethe whole staff can get on the same page and run things more smoothly. Read more
Staff feels a little quick to rush you even if there is not a lot of customers. I don't interact enough to have an understanding... if this is some how management or just the crew themselves, but otherwise no problems. this is not just one experience butmultiple over months. it's been pretty enjoyable every time I visit. one time my order was definitely over cooked (croissantalmost the same color as my skin in some places and darker in others ????, that's not good for bread yo), but as I said 90% ofthe time Broadway is on point!
