This location is top notch as far as friendliness and helpfulness. The website is another story. I had a gift card for Firehouse... Subs, and I went to their website to order. I spent my time building the subs I wanted to purchase. When I got to the end topay, there was no way to pay with my gift card. This deficiency of their website was not made apparent before I got to the end. If it was mentioned at any point before that, it was not prominent enough to notice. So I printed out my order and drove tothis location with my gift card. The cashier read my order and entered it into their system. The total came out to be higherthan online, so I had to run to my car for more change. The food was delicious. Website:?
