Y'all's... service sucks everyone is slow especially when it comes to doordashers picking up orders.. This is the worst hooters I have ever been to, go the extra mile and go SOMEWHERE TF ELSE!! Order incorrect, took an hour to... receive food (understandable for a Saturday, rude a** waitress didn?t care to comment on any of this tho), chicken AND buffaloshrimp was NOTHINGGG like it usually is at hooters!! Food came out and was cold, had to send some food back because it was madeincorrectly and that took another 30 minutes. Over the years I have been to quite a few Hooters restuarants, they are my favorite wing spot. This Hooters continues to be the... best Hooters in all of the Region. The wings are always perfect, they are not stingy with the sauce. The beer is cold and nevertastes old. I have been to some other locations where the wings are tiny, rubbery, and barely covered with sauce. MerrillvilleHooters is hands down the best. On top of the best signature food, I have always had amazing service there as well. If you wantwings, shrimp, or clams, or just need a tall one, skip the rest 'cause this place is the best! Read more
Server was very nice, ordered a sweet tea, lots-o-tots, and a homerun burger. Had to get a to go box. Very tasty food. Kid had... the sliders and devoured them. She had a burger and some shrimp things. Everyone had a good time. Read more
Food was once pretty good; service however is not. I live nearby so i sometimes eat in; however the two recent times I've... ordered online and picked up, it has not been good. I ordered online and scheduled pick up for 9:15p; it is now 9:28p and I wastold I still have at least another 15-20 minutes to wait. That is absolutely ridiculous. The waitress wasn't exactly friendlyeither. When I asked her why do I have to wait if I scheduled a specific pick up time and she shrugged her shoulders. Are youkidding me?!? Absolute horrible service. Also you can see it is not team oriented; no one knew who's suppose to be doing what.Sad to say, I will most likely have to go to a Hooters that's further away from home. Waited about 50 minutes and not only didI not get 10 wings but the chicken was old. See picture. Never again. Read more

I ordered a fried fish sandwich with tarter an waffle fries. Gave the person my name three times to spell for the order.... (Spelled it out for them.) I arrived picked up my order with was $16.00 gave them a 20. Left to get home to find out I have achicken sandwich. I repeated the order twice an they read it back to me. Thumbs down!! An still misspelled my name, which is thelease of it all. I wanted fish not chicken. If all you know is chicken take the other stuff off your menu!!
