I?ve never in my life written a review for anything. But this has been the worst customer experience I?ve ever had with any... company. Ordered my wings two hours ago. Called It?s Just Wings and Chili?s answers. Lady says my order has been ready for along time but no Doordash drivers have come to grab it. Told me to call Doordash. Called them. They say since I ordered throughthe restaurant website they can?t do anything. Chilis said since they are just a ?ghost kitchen? for Its Just Wings they can?tremake or cancel my order. There?s no corporate phone number for this company. I spent 50+ dollars on maybe cold wings and friesgetting delivered at some point tonight?. Read more
I order frequently spending at least $40-70, I am use to the portions. This last order was substantially smaller than previous... orders. Look forward to the curly fries I always have enough to share, this time there was barely enough in each carton! Verydisappointing. Read more
