If I could give it 0 stars I would. We were at the restaurant for over an hour and didn't get our food. We asked to get a... refund and the rude girl behind the counter said there is no refunds. I asked to speak to the manager and she was in the backyelling up front. She refused to come up to the counter. There were 6 people behind us looking for refunds also. They wouldn'tgive me mine and my co-workers because we used cards. We gave them our name and order number and they said they would refundour money today.... we shall see. They always leave out ingredients and are sloppy. I got a sandwich and a salad. The salad should have had avocado and did not.... The sandwich was supposed to have bacon. It had half a strip of bacon. The girl at the pick up window seemed like she wasannoyed that I was picking my food up. This is not my first bad visit at this location, but it will definitely be my last. Theyneed training or new management, not sure where the issue is. This is a 1 star review because management (Eric) decided that we should bring our order back to them for a replacement... sandwich. This is a burnt sandwich, I am not seeking anything free but he treated me like a mooch and that's unsettling and I'mterribly offended. We honestly enjoy McCallisters but not at the cost of burnt food. Get it together please! Read more
I have gone here multiple times and the quality has gone down drastically. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant... yesterday 4/10/22. I have had it before and it was good. This is what the sandwich looked like that I received yesterday. Barelyany chicken salad on it and they couldn't even be bothered to spread it out on the croissant. I went back today and talkedto a manager and showed him the pic and he couldn't care less. I said does this look like something you should be serving and hesaid no maam.
