The food is a disappointment every time that I go here. They either mess up our order, don't have what's on the menu, or the... orange chicken is so burnt and small that it's inedible. I might have to venture into the Mall or elsewhere for better PandaExpress. This place has gone downhill. It's sad. I have complained so many times that they should be paying me to eat theirfood. The organization behind counter was ridiculous. You are asked to wait then others behind you in line get their meal because new... items just came out. Just a matter of chance when you walk up to the counter. By the time they get back to people waiting thereare scraps. Will not return. Read more
The absolute worse customer service. This place don?t deserve one star. I tried to use 2 coupons. One for buy one bowl get one... free. The other coupon was for one free entree.. which means i should get 2 bowls and one entree for the price of one bowl. Whentrying to pay for the bowl the unprofessional cashier was trying to over charge me. I should?ve only been charged for one bowl.The manager took over and agreed with me that I should only have to pay for the one bowl. The manager stated that the cashregister is giving a different price and he couldn?t over ride the cash register. And he suppose to be the manager. Driving home from work I felt I could use a switch-up from the usual, and happened to remember that Panda Express had very... recently released the Beyond Orange Chicken nationally. Excited to support another quality vegan option, I swung in to getmyself a bowl of the new plant-based protein. Genuinely, the Beyond Orange Chicken has both a great flavor AND appealingtexture. Each of the Beyond Chicken ?bites? has a little bit of crunch on the outside to it without being over-cooked, leavingthe texture comfortable still. The spicy, sweet, and tangy sauce complimented the Beyond Chicken well, while also giving thewhite rice extra zing. Lastly, I rounded out my meal with two veggie spring rolls, fried to delicious and goldenperfection. End of the day, I couldn?t be happier with this option. I?m always looking for new options when out and about, andthis is a nice departure from the most common vegan options in fast food. This is the second time that I have come here and have been overcharged for my meal through the drive-through. And instead of... being issued my correct change back, I am asked if I want more food to equal the amount that they?ve charged me. Which is fine,BUT the food that is given doesn?t even equal to the amount I was charged lol. There?s no reason why my total should?ve been$20 for a bowl of rice and orange chicken, then to be given a small little container of orange chicken to ? add up for what Iwas charged ? when that?s like $3-4 ??????????? Quick drive through Chinese food. I always enjoy the orange chicken and some beef broccoli with a side of fried rice. They also... a nice selection of meals and portion sizes for any appetite you might have. Read more
