I've been enjoying Panera's Light Roast Coffee for nearly 20 years now. In my top 3 choices for java (no, Starbucks doesn't even... have a place in my top 20 for regular coffee). The rewards program has always been one of if not THE BEST rewards program inthe entire restaurant industry. And the newer "Sip Club" - is genius ????! I routinely exceed $30 of coffee per month for onlythe $8.99/mo (got in on the deal early). Grab a cup of hot or iced coffee, every day (actually, the current offer is every twohours, the system will allow you another cup of joe!). Pairs very good with the chocolate croissant.???? Read more
The entire crew at this Panera is fantastic!! Every time I order everyone is so kind and always helpful. I am a rewards member... and I recently lost my card so I thought I'd just always have to tell them my phone number but it turns out I don't. Thecashier, Jadon, was really nice and offered to get me a new card for that account and now I have a new rewards card thanks tohim? The last couple experiences have been very good so I am upgrading their 2 star to a 3. Panera told me they would retrain their... staff and it seems they have. I will continue to update this as Google keeps asking me every time I go there. I would love toreport a 5 star review but they will have to earn it like everyone else. Read more

I hope I?m not jinxed after this. ???? But I been meaning to leave a review for Panera for the longest. I have not yet had a bad... experience and everyone is so pleasant here. Sitting here in my car leaving a bad review for another restaurant, I HAD to leavea positive one for Panera because the staff here is always friendly, gets my order right, and gets me out the drive thru withspeed and efficiency. It was the same at the store in Merrillville as it was last time I was in the Tinley Park store. Consistent at any store. Muffin... was good and not overly sweet. Coffee was hot and fresh. Place was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly. Read more
