This is my second time coming into this place and no one greets you. I had to actually ask the person if I start off with them,... because he didn't even acknowledge me to ask what he could start for me. Mostly everyone there always looks like they hate theirjob and being there. I get it, it's a job but you have customers and this makes me not want to come back EVER! Read more
Food was like warm, and the lady didn't fold my burrito. Instead she just bunched the tortilla together at the top and wrapped... it up in foil. Luckily Qdoba's recipes and ingredients carry this place along because everytime I've been it's not been becauseof great customer service. Read more
The place was short staffed and there were signs asking for our patience. We totally understand that being from the restaurant... business ourselves. However, one of the 2 workers had an earbud in one ear and clearly was on a phone call as she was halfwaylistening to our order and laughing and making comments that weren't directed at us. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!!! I had the WORST experience here on 6/26/22 around 7:35pm!! Me my finance and... little sister came in to grab dinner, we had never been here before so we needed time to think about what we wanted, HOWEVER wewere rushed the whole time by the (tall guy with blue hat) and the cashier was no help completely ignored us as we were askingwhy we were being rushed!! I wanted some toppings but they stated ?we?re all out nobody cut any this morning? the worst answeryou can give being in customer service!! Called before going to check if the beef brisket was available and was told it was. Arrived to find brisket is no longer on the... menu. I'm thinking the server was new because she had little to NO knowledge of what she was serving but she was friendly and weended up creating a new twist on a burrito by adding a dash of soup. I Have Never Eaten At Qdoba THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME , So I Decided To Try Something New. My Burrito was AWFUL - Unseasoned,... Nasty. This Was By Far The Worse Food I Have Ever Eaten.
