I called to express that I was dissatisfied with my service. The manager said her name was Dana and she was actually the person... who was very rude. When she realized I was calling to discuss her she hung up on me. I called back and she wouldn?t answer. Noone answered and their were 4 or 5 people present. I called as soon as I left the store because I had an appointment. I refuseto spend money and receive unsatisfactory service. She was ignorant and rude from beginning to end. Dana looked in my faceseveral times l and never greeted me. No one said someone will be right with you so I stood there. Two white males came in andshe greeted them. When my order was ready she didn?t say my name. I asked for a straw several times and she ignored me. I saidexcuse me can I have a straw please again after I looked around the store for one. Max at the drive thru is an absolute gem. I was having a not so great day and he turned it right around with going above and... beyond.
