I'm not sure how this location stays open, I try to avoid it at all costs, but this location is always miraculously out of... whatever you want to order late at night...telling me that they just want to go home and not do their job, even with having anonline order placed ahead of time. Also on day shift during lunch time you only have 3 cars in the drive through, one at windowand 2 at speaker, why would you wait 5 minutes to take each person's order? loved the new crunchy chicken taco. order while you can. drive thru service was quick and the food was hot.
Can't even bother to wear masks. They scoop beef into tacos while their faces are right above the food. Nasty and... childish..quite irresponsible. Read more
Staff must need daycare had a child about three years old crying by the food station where they prepare food. I understand these... are trying times but we are in a middle of a pandemic. Kid did not have a mask. Nor did the lady call my number when it was timeto give us our food. Not professional demeanor from the lady with no babysitter looked mad. Observation when it comes to mysurroundings and the way a establishment is run should be a concern when it comes to where I?m putting in my money and where I?meating.. after all there is a new strain of this virus out and all precautions should be taken for the safety of all??Taco Bellcorporate should be made aware as well. I went to this establishment thinking that I would get a decent meal, but I was led astray. My entire order was wrong also I got... charged for another item I did not want and they tried to tell me they won't put it in my stuff and tried to still charge me andI had to deal with a manager with the wrong attitude and did not apologize for the mistake her employee made. Horrible customer service. Told us they were only taking cash, then when we said okay, then said only exact cash, and when we... said okay the drive thru employee repeated her self but with an attitude! We told her that we heard her and tried to orderbefore we could even get our first item out she said " were out".... Lazy employee!!! Read more
Stopped by while driving back home from vacation. Went in and no one acknowledged us or tried to help us. I had to go to the... bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I asked for help and they were rude and mumbling under their breath. I haven't beentreated like that in quite a while. Also gotbour order messed up. Glad I don't have to back there. Read more
