First and last visit. They're rude and act bothered to be at work. Obviously frozen yogurt is by weight. They gave me wayyy more... yogurt than I wanted and were very stingy with the toppings. Seeing as how I only wanted animal crackers, I wanted more of them! Read more

Rudest people working there. If i could give it a negative star I would. Don't waste your money in this place.

The manager was horrendous with a poor attitude and offered poor customer service. This location also has not been following... COVID-19 health precautions?the woman (who claimed to be the manager) handling the yogurt was not wearing gloves. When calledout on this, she got defensive and claimed it was no big deal. Read more

Ordered a strawberry mango smoothie. Barely any strawberry flavor. As the person was making it I saw that it was only a small... amount of the strawberry flavor but made it anyway. Overall it was way too sweet, not good at all. Read more

I love going here, the yogurt is good and the place is clean. I have noticed over the last year that going in close to closing... time isn't the best. The workers are ready to go home and having cleaned the yogurt dispensary are a bit disappointed to see anew customer. I usually try not to go in after 8:30. However, last week I was in the mall and it was 8:30 as I was headed out. Ireally wanted the yogurt so I decided to overlook the testiness I might encounter and get my yogurt anyway. As I walked in ayoung woman was headed towards the back carrying a heavy bucket of ice. She stopped greeted me with genuine enthusiasm. I waspleasantly surprised. I proceeded to the yogurt machine and noticed the bottom of the machine where drips would land was linedwith fresh clean napkins. Ingenious I thought! When I finished getting my yogurt she was waiting patiently at the register andcheerfully rung me up. I told her how cool I thought it was that she lined the machine with napkins. She expressed that as timewent by she had come up with techniques that made closing easier. I asked her what was her name, she said, "Cassandra". TCBYshe is a keeper. You are lucky to have an industrious employee with excellent people skills on your team. Not only does she takeher job seriously, she has solved a problem that seems to send other employees into a tizzy. They are really stressed at thattime of evening, you can feel the tension is so thick you can dang near cut it with a knife as you move towards the yogurtmachine. Not with Cassandra, you feel like the store just opened and she just started her shift. I felt welcomed and valued asa customer. With food, the experience begins with the interactions you have with employees. Eating is an emotional experienceand if purchasing it doesn't feel good, the food just doesn't go down as smoothly. I enjoyed my experience and as always theyogurt was delicious! Cassandra is a bright spot and I just wanted to make sure that upper manageme Read more
