I really enjoy going to this location because the staff is courteous, friendly, and they let you know immediately is any of... your menu items will require a wait. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious and it is always served so quickly that I havesometimes ???? wondered how they manage it. I mean, it's hot but it's definitely fresh but they served it so Fast. Lol! Mostrestaurants sacrifice one or more of those categories in the fast food industry. Kudos! Read more
What's the point of having the app to order ahead of time yet when u arrive it's still not ready! Needless to say my order was... placed at 1:52 am and was told it would be ready at 2:03 am. I even fell asleep in my car waiting. At 2:15 I get up and walk into pay and get what I ordered! I waited till 2:24 am in the lobby before a young lady asked her manager "does he need something"and her response was "I don't kno" and laughed!!!! The helpful associate seen the disappoinment/anger and I simply told herafter telling me she was going to make it, I stated "don't worry because I wasn't going to wait another 10-15!" Not sure what kind of work was going on inside, but they had employees walking to cars to take payments and bring out orders. ... Well done, keeping things running. But, its White Castle, typical slow drive through and standard quality. Read more
Was there this past Friday Aug. 5th, went in to order dinner for carry-out, waited over 15 minutes total with only 1 family of 4... ahead of us, PLENTY of people working there, “saw” them “cooking” the sliders but “we smelled absolutely nothingcooking” as you “normally” would - the onions, etc. Finally got our order, got in the car & literally ALL of it wasCOLD! Not even lukewarm...by that time we were around the corner on the highway & just dumped it in DISGUST in the first garbagecan we saw!!! Awful!!!!!!! Read more
The location was dirty. The condiment counter and the floors were filthy. Please work on keeping your dining room clean! You had... enough employees to do it. I counted at least 6 people there. Cleanliness is VERY important!! Read more
Food is NEVER right from this location. ???? Burger has hardly ANY lettuce even though, it’s advertised with a good amount, no... pickles even tho I SPECIFICALLY ASKED for them, and the fries look refried. NEVER AGAIN! ???? Read more
First time at a White Castle. Staff was very friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our 30 tasty little... burgers. Service was much quicker than expected with the recent speed of other fast food establishments. We only made it through20 burgers, I was under the impression they were smaller than they actually are. But they all tasted amazing, and we will beback next time we are in town! Read more
