Pull into their parking lot, only to find a messy handwritten sign stating their lobby closed unless your in a semi or on the... go. Wish they would put a sign at the road before you get stuck at the horrible intersection. Read more

***Save Your Money Go Somewhere Else*** 2:23pm 9/24/22 - My husband waited inside for several minutes before the young male... staff walked over to the counter (3 employees on duty) and told him that the lobby was closed (there were no visible signs) andwe would have to go through the drive-thru. We ordered, drove up and handed a $100 bill (we usually don't carry cash) to themale staff, he gave us the INCORRECT change, when we informed him, he was quick to apologize and just stood there at the window,it was awkward, we told him the amount again, and he took forever trying to open the register to give the remaining amount thatwas owed to us... so we said just keep the change. He went around to the front to grab munchkins, and handed the bag to me andwalked away to talk to his buddy sitting right at the counter on the lobby side looking at us numerous times and laughed, whileanother young lady staff was finishing up the last drink order. She placed it in the cup holder and walked away. Here we arestill waiting...The male staff looked over and acted all surprised that we were still there, and finally walked over and handedus the drinks. I'm sure the male staff was telling his little friend how he was trying to steal tip from us. Just because acustomer handed you a big bill, DOES NOT mean you have the right to keep the small bills... it's up to the customer to give youtips based on your services. Read more

Honestly this is the slowest Dunkin's I have ever been too. Gentleman working there today has an awesome personality but what... you usually get from the females is attitude. Sad as the location is perfect. If you are in a hurry or want your order to beaccurate go elsewhere! Read more

Coffee was really hot and had the taste of sitting too long in the pot??? Advertising pumpkin donuts and then not having them is... just ignorance. Next time I'm just walking out and going to Honey Dew Donuts as I should have done this time. Speaking with mymoney is going to be better than this review. I don't know why I keep giving Dunkin chances to just be average?????? Read more

I placed an order on the app at 6:52AM and didn't get my order until 7:10AM. The staff was incredibly nice and apologetic about... the wait stating they only had two people for the morning rush. This is a complete failure by management and ownership toproperly staff and support their team. Read more

This was an aggravating and disheartening experience. The drive through line was long so we went inside. There were no signs... advising any dining room closure or change in customer service routine. We waited several minutes before being recognized forservice, then an interrogation began. "Do you have an online order?" "No." "Is your vehicle incapable of going through the drivethrough?" "Um, no." "We'll, it's drive through only!" We were in a little bit of a hurry so we went through the drive-thru. Mypassenger ordered and we advised the cashier there would be a separate order. I ordered, we were given one total, both orders. We made them fix it. The food at Dunkin is not remarkable in any way, and neither is the coffee. The one product which couldhave made the experience delightful is customer service, and that is really the only product a place like this has. At thisthey have failed miserably. The team is both rude and inept. The only reason for the one star is that the rating applicationwon't do zeroes or negative numbers. Read more
