This is a great little cafe with a wide variety of choices when it comes to bagels and breakfast in general. I had lox and cream... cheese on a sundried tomato bagel and was not disappointed. Their coffee was above average and their muffins delicious. I'lldefinitely be a return customer. Read more

I love this cafe! The ambiance makes you want to stay for a while and enjoy a book or the company of a friend. The Hot Rize Cafe is located right off the highway in Merrimack. Their specialty is breakfast, but they do offer lunch items... typical to a cafe. Bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and traditional breakfast items are all available. The atmosphere is almostrustic with book shelves and a beautiful hardwood floor with an exposed beam ceiling. I had their sausage, egg, and cheese ontheir jalapeno cheddar bagel. It was amazing and their nitro cold brew coffee finished great with breakfast. Overall a pleasingexperience and a great price.
