Poor customer service. I'll NEVER go in this Lindt store again. What a rip off! . this is in an outlet mall, I thought outlets... were supposed to be cheaper? The cashier weighed my chocolates twice on 2 different scales. The first scale at the register cameup with a price of 16.99 for 20 ruffles only and the second came up with 17.99 then she quickly turned around and weighed thenwhy did you weigh it twice Sounds like a scam to me.
