Poor customer service. I'll NEVER go in this Lindt store again. What a rip off! . this is in an outlet mall, I thought outlets... were supposed to be cheaper? The cashier weighed my chocolates twice on 2 different scales. The first scale at the register cameup with a price of 16.99 for 20 ruffles only and the second came up with 17.99 then she quickly turned around and weighed thenwhy did you weigh it twice Sounds like a scam to me. I went to the store with my mom on april and one of the male clerks rushed inside the staffroom and hit my mom in the back with... the door handle without even apologizing! the worst thing is the he noticed her and didn?t care. I understand that they might beunderstaffed and stressed but thats no way to care for the customers. We ended up not buying anything out of disappointment. Read more
