Poor experience. Their employee messed up and told me that a free six-inch credit would be credited to the $25 gift card I... bought as part of a promo. When I returned to store to redeem, the store manager didn't offer an apology or seek to make itright, but instead greeted me with a rude attitude, told me that I couldn't prove it, and claimed that she, the store manager,would be fired if she made one for me. If her claim is indeed accurate, upper management should really reevaluate the lack ofempowerment given to store employees to exercise discretion is such scenarios. Read more
Hi. You might know me as the 'whatever you feel like' guy. Well, I ordered that today and was asked "why would you come here and... order that?" by an employee followed by the customer in front of me stating "I've worked in customer service and that's the mostannoying order" I was unaware of that. So, as a result of that interaction I will never visit any Subway ever again. I doappreciate all the times you let me order. Everyone was kind. Keep up the good work. Great, Healthy, Fresh Subs and Wraps here. All Staff Fast, Friendly, There great listeners. They always make my subs. Just the... way, I like it. Subs Always taste great. We came here because. McDonald's was so busy. Long lines. So we got 2 Subs here. Muchbetter healthier choice. ???? Read more
I changed my rating from 1 star to 4 stars after giving this place another chance. It has a new, young owner who greets you as... you enter, is right there making your sandwhich, asks what your name is and gives you his. Excellent customer service, and foodmade fast and right. I recommend giving it another chance if you previously reviewed it. Read more
Went in today to grab meals for my family and I. The two girls were super fast and efficient and sweet. We sat down and ate and... my husband got up and was getting our fountain drinks only to find out it had mold coming out of the ice dispenser. We saw itfloating in our sprite we reported and she told us to grab a bottle drink and she would call the owner or boss. Well a couplepeople came in as we were eating and they sold fountain drinks to them ???????? I think she forgot or it might have been theother girl we told but people are going to get sick if that is not caught ASAP Read more
Some Indian guy, apparently the manager of this establishment, is a supremely disrespectful individual. I came in to use the... restroom and was going to buy something afterwards because, you know, it's very impolite to mooch someone else's restroom. Iexpect it's for customers only so I always make myself a customer. I do this at Subways all the time because the food is goodand the bathrooms are single occupant, which is necessary for my line of work as it involves the carrying of a firearm. Thedude starts REEMING OUT the employee who allowed me, and then tried scolding me afterwards. I'm an armored truck driver forcrying out loud. I gotta go where I gotta go, and out of respect, I always buy something or else I'm the one beingrude. Apparently I am not the first one this psycho has yelled at. See other reviews. This is my first bad experience in New Hampshire and only bad post. The Owner of this restaurant treated me in a way that Was... very unexpected. I placed my order, a personal cheese pizza and a teriyaki chicken 6 inch. Proceeded to my topping then gotready to pay. "The Owner" rung me up. I asked for 2 cookies and decided I wanted a meal. I said, " I would like a meal with my 6inch". He said "okay pick a cup". I did. I paid, he walked away and I put my order on the table. Fixed my drink, went to getchips and was SHOUTED at in front of other customers saying I did not pay for chips. I said "well I asked for the meal". Ownersaid I paid for cookies. I Asked "did I pay for cup because thats when I asked for meal". He said I paid for cookies and cup. Isaid cool. Keep the chips. The others customers at this point offered to pay for the chips. I will not go back to this place. Ifeel "the Owner" could have handled differently if he felt I did not pay for the sticken chips. I asked for his name before Ileft and he just said. "Im The Owner". I wrote a review on the subway website about this place. The owner responded with some canned response and never offered to fix... or make anything right. This is what I wrote: "This is the 2nd time I've been to this particular Subway. Both times I've beendisappointed. This time both sandwiches hardly contained any meat or toppings. The employee behind the counter was very nice Ihave no complaint about him, very professional. It seems like the owner must have put something in place so that basically nothing much goes into the sandwich and all you really get is a footlong piece of bread and that's all you can taste. I'll neverreturn to this store. As you can see I've ordered from other Subway restaurants and all of the others are so much better thanthis one." Read more
